1979 US military issue black raincoat with the removable acrylic pile liner buttoned in - DLA100-79-C-2482 contract, Major Coat Co., stock 8405-01-059-4250, size 40XL. Single-breasted, fly front, epaulets, slash pockets, 50/50 cotton-poly water-resistant shell. Both labels present (shell and liner). A real 70s-issue trench that wears like a modern XL. Measurements (laid flat): 24 in pit to pit, 45 in length collar to hem. Tagged 40XL (40 chest, extra long) - measures 24 pit to pit so it wears like a modern XL, go by the measurements.
